TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- Daily rates start at 2pm and end at 12pm.
- Cancellation or changes to guaranteed reservations can be made up to midnight of the previous day without charging the first night.
- For the use of the parking, the amount of R$ 28.75 per day (24) will be charged.
- Reservations with direct payment at the hotel will be charged at check-in.
- Room type requests or other special requests will be confirmed at check-in, subject to availability.
- Breakfast is included in the rate, when served in the hotel's restaurant.
- 5% ISS and 10% service charge are charged.
- Small animals are allowed, upon payment of an additional fee, in the amount of R$50.00, per day.
- We do not receive payments by check.
- According to article 83 of Law 8.069/90, minors unaccompanied by their parents or legal guardians are not accepted. If the minor is accompanied by third parties, they must present, at the time of check-in, parental authorization signed with a notarized signature, with details of the person with whom the minor will be staying.
- All guests, including minors, must present a photo ID upon check-in.
- Children up to 7 years old are free, provided they are accommodated in the same bed as their parents or guardians. Extra bed will be charged. Check values at the hotel.
- Children over 7 years old are charged as adults.
- If the reservation is canceled after 2 pm the day before the check-in day, 01 night will be charged as a fine.
- Discount on the birthday rate will only be valid for the month of the booking holder's birthday. The document will be verified at the time of check-in, and if it is proven that the holder does not have a birthday in the month of the reservation, the rate in force for the day will be charged.
