WHY IT IS NECESSARY TO FILL IN FORM/REGISTRATION AT CHECK IN


  • Due to the requirements of Decree 6022 of January 22, 2007, in order to check in it is necessary that the main data of the accommodation form be filled in properly. These data are: Full name, CPF (Passport in case of foreigners), identity document, full address, telephone with area code and e-mail. All data is processed


WHAT IS OUR BOOKING GUARANTEE POLICY


  • We request a credit card for individual reservations (by phone or email) and also on the website as a guarantee, but payment or any transaction is only carried out at check-in;
  • We do not accept checks as a form of payment or guarantee of reservations (shorts deposit);
  • Reservations without a No Show Guarantee may be canceled automatically and without notice from the hotel, if arrival does not occur until 2:00 pm on the day of check-in;
  • Advance payment can be requested during periods of high occupancy in the city, even if your reservation already has a guarantee;
  • Please check payment policies when booking, as some rates or packages may have different payment policies.
  • Changes in the period of a reservation may be subject to readjustment in rates, see conditions;


ABOUT OUR INSTALLMENT POLICY


  • Installment in up to 3 installments, with a minimum installment of R$200.00. Royal Design Savassi does not accept installments.;


ABOUT REQUESTING OR CHARGING EXTRA BEDS


  • Except for Royal Design Savassi and Royal Boutique Jardins, all other hotels in the Royal Chain offer extra beds at a small additional cost to the double room rate; see conditions at the time of booking;


HOW OUR NO SHOW POLICY WORKS


  • For guaranteed reservations, the right to charge the fine without prior notice (01 night) is provided in case of no-show of the guest on the day of the reservation;
  • We do not grant NO SHOWS credits for use after the original booking date in case of no-shows and charges;


ABOUT OUR CANCELLATION POLICY


  • In case of cancellations, there will be no refunds or refunds of paid nights for reservations made/confirmed under the condition of "NON-REFUNDABLE rate". The total amount of the daily rate will be charged at the time of booking and, in case of cancellation/change, there will be no refund of the daily paid.

  • As package cancellation policies may vary from hotel to hotel, for more information, we ask that you contact the reservation center of the hotel you have chosen for your stay directly;


CHILDREN AND MINORS ACCOMMODATION POLICY


  • By determination of Federal Law nº 8.069, of 07/13/1990 (art. 250 of Law nº 8.069, of July 13, 1990), we do not allow the accommodation of minors under 18 (eighteen) years old, unless accompanied by their parents or responsible. If the minor is accompanied from a third party it will be necessary to present, at the time of check-in, a document authorizing the accommodation of the minor in writing and signed by the parents or responsible, with notarized signatures.


ABOUT OUR HYGIENIZATION FEE


  • We are committed to providing our guests booked in non-smoking apartments with an odor-free environment. Because of this, our hotels charge a cleaning fee in the amount referring to an additional daily rate when signs of consumption of cigarettes, cigarillos, cigars, pipes, hookahs in apartments and social areas are not allowed.


ABOUT LOSS OF FORGOTTEN ITEMS / OBJECTS


  • We are not responsible for objects left inside the apartments; we advise you to keep them in the safe available for free use in each room/suite;
  • Objects and articles of little value will be kept for a maximum of 90 days; Valuables will have guaranteed custody for up to 01 year. After these deadlines, they will be considered abandoned and will be available to the enterprise to be donated.
  • The costs of sending items left behind at our hotels are the sole responsibility of the owner;


ABOUT OUR DAY USE POLICY


  • We have rooms available for 8 hours of use (between 10 am and 8 pm) in the DAY USE rate (no coffee included); access to common areas is free, as is the use of wi-fi during the period of stay; not valid for overnight stays.


ABOUT THE USE OF A PROTECTIVE MASK, TEMPERATURE MEASUREMENT AND OTHER COVID-19 PREVENTION MEASURES


  • As a preventive measure against Covid-19 and its variants, the use of a protective mask is mandatory in all common areas and public circulation of hotels, from the moment of entry and until municipal decrees allow relaxation of this condition. We advise the maintenance of social distance and the use of alcohol gel, for this we make dispensers and flags available in areas with a large flow of guests.


  • Eventually and in case of recommendation from Organs competent bodies, we may request that your temperature be taken at the time of check-in or if you have flu-like symptoms. We ask for your understanding and respect for these protocols.


RULES FOR PET FRIENDLY ACCOMMODATION


  • All hotels in the Royal chain (except Royal Boutique Jardins) accept pets as long as the following conditions are met:
  • Small pets accepted, up to 12 kg (1 per apartment);
  • Accommodation will only be authorized for animals with up-to-date vaccination cards, sent at the time of booking, therefore, before arrival at the hotel;
  • All utensils and accessories are the responsibility of the person carrying the animal;
  • Cleaning the pet's needs is also the guest's responsibility;
  • When in the apartment, the pet must be accompanied; It is not allowed to leave animals unattended in any area of the hotel;
  • Staying in common areas is not allowed (restaurant, swimming pool, gym). On reception only on a transitory basis;
  • In elevators, it is necessary for the animal to be carried on the lap or in its own bags.
